THE HAPPINESS WITHIN

How do you feel happy, contented, gruntled?
Most people got perplexed when asked this question. Some retorted food makes me happy while some responded to music, dance and others said spending time with loved ones.

The challenge is to give a minuscule amount of time to them when you are extremely happy. Will these small activities make you as happy as you are rn? The truth or the bitter truth is that these are just small things to foster your confidence and eliminate the desolation.

A sense of humor is one of the ways to stay away from sadness. When your soul is happy, your body is, and that brings happiness expeditiously. So what's necessary is "POSITIVITY". M.k. GANDHI said, If I had no sense of humor, I should long ago have committed suicide.

HAPPINESS IS NOT SOMETHING READYMADE; IT COMES FROM YOUR OWN ACTIONS-DALAI LAMA

HAPPINESS IS WHAT COMES FROM WITHIN, IT NEVER CAME AND WILL NEVER COME FROM ANY OTHER SOURCE. IT IS MADE BY YOU. YOU ARE THE REASON, YOU ARE THE SOURCE. It's NOT JUST  A  FEELING BUT A GOLDEN KEY TO UNLOCK THE   UNCEASING GATES OF DISCIPLINE, SUCCESS, MERRIMENT, AND EXUBERANCE.
